Install steps

1. Tap the download button above. Chrome will warn that this file type can harm your device, that warning shows for every APK. Choose Download anyway.
2. Open the downloaded file. Android will say the browser isn't allowed to install apps, tap Settings and turn on Allow from this source, then back out and open it again.
3. Install, then open the app.
4. On first boot it asks for a Game Boy ROM. Tap through to the file picker and choose your own .gb file. Nothing is included with the app, it reads the copy already on your phone.

Playing together

Nothing to configure. Both phones connect to the same relay on their own. Walk around the overworld and you will see the other trainer moving in real time.

What is shared right now: trainer name, which map you are on, your x/y position, and the way you are facing. That is the whole list. Battles, trades and story progress are not wired up yet, and your save file never leaves your phone.

Sideloaded debug build, not from the Play Store. If Android or Play Protect flags it as coming from an unknown developer, that is expected for a build signed with a debug key rather than a store key.
